FAQ & Care

Clear answers, without the guesswork.

The useful basics: how the website works, how to check availability, where to visit, and how to care for silver and stone-set pieces.

About the website.

Can I buy directly on the website?

Not yet. The website is a preview, not a checkout. Use it to get a feel for the collection, then contact the shop or visit in person before planning around a specific piece.

Is the collection page live inventory?

No. Stock changes regularly, so the online collection is a guide rather than a real-time list. The shop will confirm what is currently available.

Do the photos show the real piece?

The photos are supplier reference images for the same piece. Real pieces should look very similar, but light, depth, and stone variation always come through differently in person.

Pieces, orders & holds.

How do I check whether a piece is still available?

Call the shop, send an email, or use the contact page. If you're asking about something from the collection page, include the piece name or category so staff can check the right item.

Can the shop set something aside?

Yes, just ask. Availability and timing depend on the piece and the day, so this is best handled by phone or email.

Do you take orders or do special requests?

We don't take pre-orders from the website. If you're looking for a particular stone or a gift for an occasion, the shop can tell you what the supplier currently has in their broader range.

Who makes the pieces?

The collection is chosen through a jewellery supplier. If you want to know more about a specific piece, ask the shop and include the piece name from the site.

Quick rule of thumb

Put jewelry on last and take it off first. A soft dry cloth handles most cleaning. When in doubt, especially with pearls, porous stones, or anything plated, ask before scrubbing.

How should I wear jewellery day to day?

Put jewellery on after lotions, perfume, sunscreen, and hair products. Take it off before swimming, showering, sleeping, or anything heavy with your hands.

How should I clean silver or stone-set pieces?

Start gently. Use a soft, lint-free cloth for routine wiping. Avoid soaking, abrasive cleaners, rough brushes, toothpaste, baking soda scrubs, ultrasonic cleaning, and steam cleaning unless the material is known to be suitable.

How should I store pieces?

Store pieces dry and separate so chains do not tangle and stones do not rub against harder surfaces. A small soft pouch per piece is plenty.

What if I am unsure what a piece is made from?

Do not guess with strong cleaners or soaking. If a piece has pearls, porous stones, glued settings, plating, or an unknown finish, wipe it gently with a dry soft cloth and ask the shop before cleaning further.

Will rhodium-finished silver still tarnish?

Rhodium slows the natural tarnish of sterling silver and gives a brighter shine for longer, but pieces still benefit from being kept dry, wiped clean, and stored away from open air when not worn.
